KMC Properties ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

On 23 December 2022, BEWI Invest AS, a close associate of board member and primary insider Stig Wærnes, has entered an agreement for the sales of 13 020 833 shares in KMC Properties ASA at a price of NOK 7.68 per share, equalling the price per share paid by BEWI Invest in the private placement completed 3 November 2022 adjusted for the 4 per cent underwriting commission.

Following completion of the sales of the shares, BEWI Invest AS owns 139 019 470 shares and votes in KMC Properties ASA, equal to 42.92 per cent of the shares and votes in KMC Properties ASA.

In addition, BEWI ASA, a company owned 51.19 per cent by BEWI Invest AS, owns 8 571 428 shares, equal to 2.65 per cent in KMC Properties ASA. As a result, BEWI Invest AS will directly and indirectly control 147 590 898 shares and votes in KMC Properties ASA, equal to 45.57 per cent.

Completion of the transaction is expected to take place before the end of the year.
