Oslo, 18 December 2020. Pursuant to notice of 27 November 2020, an extraordinary general meeting in Storm Real Estate ASA was held today at 14:00 Oslo time, at the premises of Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS in Ruseløkkveien 12-14 in Oslo.

As follows from the attached minutes, all resolutions proposed by the board relating to the acquisition of KMC Properties AS announced on 17 November 2020, including the necessary share issuances and proxies related thereto, were duly approved.

In addition, the general meeting resolved to appoint a new board in line with the recommendation by the nomination committee with effect from completion of the KMC transaction, and change the company's name to KMC Properties ASA with effect from the same time (but not earlier than 28 December 2020).
