On January 27, 2014, Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt a.M.,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Klöckner & Co. SE, Duisburg,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on January
24, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.05% (this corresponds to 3039257
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.28% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 279189 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
