On March 17, 2014, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, Wilmington, Delaware,
U.S.A. has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Klöckner & Co. SE, Duisburg, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 14, 2014 and
on that day amounted to 5.35% (this corresponds to 5335930 Voting Rights).
5.35% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5335930 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
Voting Rights in Klöckner & Co. SE amounts to 3 percent or more: Franklin
