PROXY FORM THE 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

being the registered holder(s) of Shares (see Note 2) in VITASOY INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (the “Company”) hereby appoint the Chairman of the Meeting (see Note 3), or (name) of (address) as my/our proxy to attend and vote for me/us and on my/our behalf at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at Studio 3 & 5, 7/F, W Hong Kong, 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon Station, Kowloon, Hong Kong on Monday, 19th August, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. and at any adjournment thereof on any Resolutions as indicated below (see Note 4) :

passing this Resolution
C.To add the number of shares bought-back pursuant to Resolution 5B to the number of

2. Please insert the number(s) of shares registered in your name. If no number is inserted, this form of proxy will be deemed to relate to all the shares in the Company registered in your
name.
3. A member of the Company who is the holder of two or more shares may appoint more than one proxy to attend and vote on his or her behalf at the meeting provided that if more than one
proxy is so appointed, the appointment shall specify the number of shares in respect of which each such proxy is so appointed. The proxy need not be an existing Member of the Company
but must attend the meeting in person to represent the Member.
4. To appoint your own proxy, you may strike out the words “the Chairman of the Meeting” and insert the name and address of the proxy desired in the space provided. If no name is
inserted, the Chairman of the Meeting will act as your proxy.
5. Please indicate with a tick “✔” in the appropriate space beside each of the resolutions on how you wish your proxy to vote. In the absence of any such indication, you will be deemed to
have authorised your proxy to vote or to abstain from voting at his/her discretion.
6. This form of proxy must be signed by you or your attorney duly authorised in writing or, in the case of a corporation, must be either under its common seal or under the hand of an
officer or attorney or other person duly authorised.
7. Any alterations made in this proxy form should be initialled by the person who signs it.
8. In the case of joint shareholders, the vote of the senior who tenders a vote, whether in person or by proxy, shall be accepted to the exclusion of the vote(s) of other joint holder(s) and for
this purpose seniority shall be determined by the order in which the names stand in the Register of Members of the Company.
9. To be valid, this form of proxy together with the power of attorney or other authority, if any, under which it is signed or a notarially certified copy thereof, must be deposited with the
Company’s Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Shops 1712–1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong or the
Company’s registered office at No. 1 Kin Wong Street, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours (excluding any part of a day that is a public holiday) before the
time appointed for the holding of the Meeting (i.e. not later than 11:30 a.m. on Friday, 16th August, 2024) or any adjourned Meeting.
10. Completion and delivery of the form of proxy will not preclude you from attending and voting at the meeting and, in such event, the form of proxy shall be deemed to be revoked.
11. References to time and dates in this form of proxy are to Hong Kong time and dates.
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT

“Personal Data” in this statement has the same meaning as “personal data” defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong (“PDPO”), which include your and your proxy’s name and address. Your supply of the Personal Data is on a voluntary basis and for the purpose of processing your instructions as stated in this Proxy Form (the “Purposes”). If you fail to supply sufficient information, the Company may not be able to process your instructions. The Company may disclose or transfer the Personal Data to its subsidiaries, its Share Registrar and/or third party service provider(s) who provides administrative, computer and other services to the Company for use in connection with the Purposes and to such parties who are authorised by law to request the information or are otherwise relevant for the Purposes and need to receive the information. The Personal Data will be retained for such period as may be necessary to fulfil the Purposes (including for verification and record purposes). Request for access to and/or correction of the Personal Data can be made in accordance with the provisions of the PDPO and any such request should be in writing and sent to the Personal Data Privacy Officer of Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited of Shops 1712–1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
