KLEPIERRE ANNOUNCES THE DISPOSAL OF FIVE SHOPPING CENTERS IN SWEDEN

Paris – July 1, 2014

Klépierre today announces that Steen & Strøm, its 56.1% controlled subsidiary, has completed the sale of five shopping centers located in Sweden – Familia (Hyllinge, 15,769 sq.m.), Etage (Trollhättan, 16,604 sq.m.), Mirum (Norrköping, 39,122 sq.m.), MittiCity (Karlstad 16,010 sq.m.) and Sollentuna Centrum (Stockholm, 35,713 sq.m.) – for a total consideration of 354 million euros1 (MSEK 3 250).

These five centers have been acquired by Thon Retail Properties AB, a subsidiary of Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA, which is part of the Olav Thon Group (Norway's largest private property owner).

This portfolio disposal is part of Klépierre's asset rotation strategy to enhance the overall portfolio profile. The transaction also releases financial capacity for Steen & Strøm to fund the future targeted development projects that are planned to be realized in Norway, Sweden and Denmark in the coming years.
