SEMI ANNUAL STATEMENT OF LIQUIDITY AGREEMENT CONTRACTED WITH BNP PARIBAS

Under the liquidity agreement that Klépierre has contracted with Exane BNP Paribas, the following resources were listed in the liquidity account on June 30, 2016 (trading date):

• 110,500 Klépierre securities
• €7,678,821.42

As a reminder, on December 31, 2015 (trading date) the liquidity account contained the following resources:

• 207,035 Klépierre securities
• €3,953,123.12
