KCC - Purchase of own shares
Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (KCC) has on the 19th of March 2020 purchased 1,500 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 29,- per share.
After such purchases KCC owns a total of 3,063 shares in KCC, corresponding to 0.0064 % of the total number of issued shares in KCC.
The transaction is completed in accordance with the authorization to the Board of Directors to acquire treasury shares granted by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company 18 January 2019.
The information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
