KCC: Purchase of own shares

Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (KCC) has today, 22 July 2020, purchased 7,800 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 36 per share. After such purchases KCC owns a total of 13,985 shares in KCC, corresponding to 0.029% of the total number of issued shares in KCC. The transaction is completed in accordance with the authorization to the Board of Directors to acquire treasury shares granted by the general meeting on 27 April 2020.
