KCC: New share capital registered
Oslo, 12 September 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (“KCC” or the “Company”) 6 September 2023 regarding exercise of warrants.
The share capital increase related to the exercise of warrants has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. Following such registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 60,458,231 divided into 60,458,231 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00.
