Oslo, 21 June 2019: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice issued on 21 June 2019 regarding the end of the stabilisation period during which ABG Sundal Collier ASA (the "Stabilisation Manager") has undertaken certain stabilisation activities in respect of the shares in Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the "Company"), and an exercise by the Stabilisation Manager of an over-allotment option to subscribe for 147,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price corresponding to the subscription price in the Company's private placement preceding its listing on Oslo Axess (i.e. NOK 47.50 per new share).

Following the exercise by the Stabilisation Manager of the over-allotment option, the Company's Board of Directors has resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 147,000 through issuance of 147,000 new shares. The new shares will be issued and delivered to the Stabilisation Manager as soon as practically possible.

Upon registration of the share capital increase related to the issuance of these new shares, the Company's registered share capital will be NOK 48,027,000, divided into 48,027,000 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00.
