Oslo, 23 May 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA ("KCC” or the "Company") on 23 May 2023 regarding the successful placing of a private placement of new shares (the "Offer Shares") with gross proceeds of the NOK equivalent of approximately USD 50 million (the "Private Placement").

Rederiaksjeselskapet Torvald Klaveness has subscribed for and been allocated 4,224,000 Offer Shares.

Rederiaksjeselskapet Torvald Klaveness has entered into an agreement to lend 7,857,143 shares to DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA in order to facilitate settlement on a delivery versus payment basis in the Private Placement.
