The Annual General Meeting of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA will be held on Monday 26 April 2021 at 09.00 (CEST) at the company’s premises at Drammensveien 260, 0283 Oslo, Norway.

Due to the ongoing situation with the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the COVID-19 disease, the shareholders of the Company are encouraged to attend by proxy to the Chair of the Board, by submitting the proxy form, instead of personal attendance.
