Oslo, 12 September 2023: Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (“KCC” or “the Company”) advises that primary insider and Chair of the Board of Directors Ernst André Meyer, 12 September 2023 purchased 2,000 shares in KCC of NOK 63.80 per share.
