KCC03 PRO: Oslo, 11 March, 2019: Klaveness Combination Carriers AS (“KCC” or the “Company”), the leading owner and operator of modern combination carriers, announces today that it has retained ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Clarksons Platou Securities AS and SEB Corporate Finance (a part of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Oslofilialen) as its advisors in connection with the previously announced contemplated listing of the Company’s shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange. In connection with the contemplated listing, expected to take place in 2019, the Company may raise additional capital in order to fund additional investments in combination carriers.
