Oslo, 25 April 2023: The Annual General Meeting of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA was held today, 25 April in Oslo, Norway. All resolutions were passed in line with the proposals from the board of directors and the nomination committee, as published on 31 March 2023. Please find enclosed the minutes from the meeting.
