Newly issued shares of Klaipėdos Nafta AB were admitted to trading

On 10 July 2012 the shares of the new share issue of Klaipėdos Nafta AB (38,606,184 units) were introduced to the Secondary List of AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange and admitted to trading. The new issue of Klaipėdos Nafta AB shares was issued by way of increase of the authorised capital of the company. The total amount of the authorised capital of Klaipėdos Nafta AB is LTL 380,606,184 and the total number of the outstanding shares of the company is 380,606,184 units.
