Klaipedos Nafta - Notification on material event

AB Klaipėdos Nafta has terminated the Overdraft Facility Agreement

AB Klaipėdos Nafta (the “Company”) informs that considering the intent to assign and pledge claim rights as approved by decision of extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company which took place on 15 October 2014, the Company has terminated the Overdraft Agreement of 6 February 2013 (the “Agreement”) concluded with Nordea Bank Finland Plc (the “Bank”) as well as the agreement securing the performance thereof (assignment of claim rights) by mutual agreement as of 16 October, 2014. The Agreement has been concluded in order to acquire short term financing for the implementation of the project of liquefied natural gas terminal, but during the whole duration of the Agreement, the Company has not used financing under the Agreement. The Company notified of the conclusion and the main terms of the Agreement in its notification on material event dated 7 February, 2013. Currently the Company has secured long term financing of the project by loan agreement, dated 9 July, 2013, concluded with European Investment Bank, which was notified in the notification on material event dated 9 July, 2013.
