Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

On 20 April 2011 Klaipedos nafta AB has signed the shares purchase agreement with Baltpool UAB for the 33 % shares acquisition

During the shares new emission of Baltpool UAB the Company acquired 156 627 (one hundred fifty six thousand and six hundred twenty seven) ordinary shares with the nominal value per share of 1 (one) Litas. The total market value of new share emission, estimated by independent valuator, amounts to 260 001 (two hundred sixty thousand and one) Litas.
