Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Received claim from „Naftos grupė“ UAB against „Klaipėdos nafta“ AB

On April 18, 2011 “Klaipėdos nafta” AB (futher - The Company) obtained from Klaipeda District Court a claim from “Naftos grupė” UAB against the Company for the allegedly incurred losses for 17 mln. Litas compensation, for oil producuts surplus reimbursement to „Naftos grupė“ UAB allegedly belonging to “Naftos grupė“ and held by the Company and for recognition of Service contract from 22-12-2004, Nr. 12-12-2005 that was cancelled allegedly due to the Company's fault. In mean time the Company's management intends to assess the validity of the claim and the potential financial impact on the Company's financial results for the year 2010.
