Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

SC Klaipedos Nafta transhipment results in April 2013

During April 2013 the Company reloaded 575 thousand tons of oil products into its storage tanks, i.e. by 6 percent less than in April 2012 (614 thousand tons). In April 2013 the preliminary revenues amounted to LTL 12.0 million (EUR 3.5 million); 10 percent less if compared to LTL 13.4 million (EUR 3.9 million) in April 2012. The Company during four months of 2013 reloaded 2,738 thousand tons of oil products into its storage tanks, i.e. by 6 percent greater than during four months of 2013 (2,572 thousand tons). The preliminary revenues of the Company during four months of 2013 - LTL 54,3 million (EUR 15.7 million) are by 5 percent greater than compared to LTL 51.6 (EUR 14.9 million) of the same period of 2012.
