Kitron: Clarification regarding contract

(2016-04-01) Regarding the stock exchange announcement on 31 March 2016

(Northrop Grumman Awards Radar Contracts to Kitron), Kitron would like to

emphasize the following:

The potential value mentioned is for the serial production lifespan of the F-35

program.

The initial steps of transferring technical knowhow and manufacturing prototypes

for testing and validation, as well as designing and building equipment for

testing will be ongoing to mid 2017. Serial production will commence after

completion of testing and validation.
