Creades AB ("Creades") has on 7 December 2017 sold 17,769,300 shares in Kitron AS ("Kitron"), corresponding to 10.09% of the shares in the company. Following the completion of the transaction, Creades no longer hold any shares in Kitron. Creades does not hold other rights to shares in Kitron.
