Mandatory notification of trade in Kitron ASA: KJK Fund sells 5,327,191 shares in Kitron ASA

KJK Fund has today sold 5,327,191 shares in Kitron ASA

("KIT"). The shares were sold at a price of NOK 5.45

per share. Following the completion of the sale, KJK

Fund will hold 686,717 shares in Kitron ASA,

representing 0.39 per cent of the share capital and

voting rights in the company.

the management companies and acts as Investment
