DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDING

Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase

Industrial Partners II AB, two investment funds

managed by Athanese Industrial Partners Ltd, have on

17 November bought respectively 7,238,805 and

1,570,895 shares in Kitron ASA ("Kitron"). Following

completion of the transaction, Athanase Industrial

Partners Fund II and Athanase Industrial Partners II

AB jointly hold 8,809,700 shares in Kitron, equal to

5% of the outstanding shares in Kitron.

Following completion of the transaction, Athanase

Industrial Partners Fund II will hold 7,238,805 shares

in Kitron, equal to 4.11% of the outstanding shares in

Kitron and Athanase Industrial Partners II AB will

hold 1,570,895 shares in Kitron, equal to 0.89% of the

outstanding shares in Kitron.

Neither Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and

Athanase Industrial Partners II AB hold other rights

to shares in Kitron.
