On 24 September 2010, Hermis Capital UAB sold

57,000,000 shares of Kitron ASA and as a result of

the sale, the aggregate number of shares owned by

Hermis Capital UAB passed the 1/3 disclosure

threshold. The total position of Hermis Capital UAB

is now 6814583 shares in Kitron ASA which is

approximately equal to 3.94% of the total outstanding

shares of Kitron ASA.

Hermis Capital have been a main shareholder of Kitron

ASA for more than 5 years and contributed to growth

and development of the company in last few years.
