Over the past quarters, Kitron's financial performance has been in a positive

trend. We would like to take this opportunity to give an update on the

foundation for this positive trend and on the strategic and financial plans and

targets for Kitron. We will also attempt to give a hands-on feel for Kitron's

products and services.
