(2015-07-16) On 16 July 2015, Peter Nilsson, CEO of Kitron ASA ("Kitron"),

purchased 48 369 shares in Kitron at an average price of NOK 2.90 per share.

Following the transaction Peter Nilsson holds 175 000 shares and 1 500 000 share

options in Kitron.
