(2015-07-17) On 17 July 2015, Israel Losada Salvador, COO of Kitron ASA

("Kitron"), purchased 40 000 shares in Kitron at an average price of NOK 2.95

per share.

Following the transaction Israel Losada Salvador holds 40 000 shares and

600 000 share options in Kitron.
