Kitron: Asa-Matti Lyytinen to resign as chairman

(2014-01-21): Kitron (the "Company") announces today that Asa-Matti Lyytinen has

informed the Company of his decision to resign as chairman of the board. In

order to facilitate an orderly transition, he will stay in position until a new

chairman has been elected. The Company's nomination committee will start the

process of evaluating his replacement, and the board of directors will summon a

general meeting for election of a new chairman in due time.
