Kitron: Minutes from Annual General Meeting 2016

(2016-04-21) Kitron ASA held its Annual General Meeting on 21 April

2016. 121 651 689 shares, amounting to 70.33 per cent of the share capital were

represented at the meeting.

All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice issued on 31 March 2016.

After the general meeting, the board of Kitron comprises the following

The Annual General Meeting approved the proposed dividend of NOK 0.21 per share.

The dividend will be distributed to Kitron ASA's shareholders as they appear in

the company's shareholder register in VPS as at the end of 25 April 2016, being

the company's shareholders at the date of the general meeting, 21 April 2016,

based on normal T+2 settlement. The company's shares will trade on the Oslo

Stock Exchange exclusive the right to receive dividend as from 22 April 2016.

The dividend is expected to be paid on or about 4 May 2016.
