September7,2021 at 11.00AM. through Video Conferencing (VC)/OtherAudioVisual Means (OAVM) to
transactthe business as set out in the notice ofthe meeting. In view ofcontinuing CoVID-19 pandemic,
MinistryofCorporateAffairs(MCA)hasvideitsvariouscirculars permitted theholdingofAGMthroughVCor
OAVM,withoutphysicalpresenceofmembersatcommonvenue.
AlsoSEBIhadissuedvarious circularsdirectingcompaniestosendnoticeoIAGMalongwithAnnual Report
forFY2020-21 onlybyemail tothemembersand otherentitled person,whoseemail IDsare registeredwith
CompanyfRTAorDepositoryParticipants (DP).Thereforethe members, who have notprovided theiremail
address, will notbeabletoget theAGM noticeandAnnual Reportforthesaid FY. However, itwill be made
available on the website of the company and the stock exchanges viz., NSE & BSE. It also directs the
members to register/update their Bank account particulars to enable the members to get their dividends
declaredbytheCompanyfromtimetotime directlytotheirrespectiveBankaccounts.

case of physical shares), you may please register the same on or before 5:00 p.m. (1ST) on Thursday,
