Sub: Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Intimation of resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
Ref: KIOCL Limited’s Letter No. S/BC/1(18-5)/2025/065 dated April 25, 2025, and emails received from NSE dated July 25, 2025 and December 16, 2025.
In furtherance to the above and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that, Shri K V Balakrishnan Nair (Membership No. FCS 11816) has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of KIOCL Limited (The Company).
The management has accepted his resignation and accordingly, he has been relived from his duties w.e.f. 25-04-2025.
SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are provided in Annexure-1.
The resignation letter submitted by Shri. K V Balakrishnan Nair is provided in Annexure-2.
