Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board in its meeting held on 12[th] November, 2021 had designated Shri T. Saminathan (DIN: 08291153) as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company w.e.f. 12/11/2021 in line with Ministry of Steel Order F. No. 5/1/2020-BLA dated 7[th] September, 2021, appointing him as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the Company. The same along with brief profile of Shri T. Saminathan was intimated vide our letter no. S/BC/1(18-5)/2021/412 dated 7[th] September, 2021.
