Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Assumption of Addl. Charge of Director (Commercial), KIOCL by Shri T. Saminathan, Chairman-cum-Managing Director

In pursuance to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our earlier letter No. S/BC/1(18-5)/2021/412 dated 07.09.2021, we hereby inform that the Ministry of Steel vide its Order F. No. 05/01/2021-BLA dated 14.09.2021 has assigned the additional charge of the post of Director (Commercial), KIOCL Limited to Shri T. Saminathan, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, KIOCL Limited for initial period of three months w.e.f. 07.09.2021 or till appointment of regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.

Accordingly, Shri T. Saminathan has assumed the additional charge of Director (Commercial) today i.e., on 14.09.2021.
