In pursuance to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Ministry of Steel vide its Order No.1/10/2015-BLA (Vol-V) (pt.) dated 1[st] November, 2021, appointed following as Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of KIOCL Limited for a period of three years w.e.f. the date of notification of their appointment, or until orders whichever is earlier:

Shri Changdev Sukhadev Kamble

Shri Changdev Sukhadev Kamble is a M.A. M.Phil and Ph.D holder in Marathi from Pune and Solapur University respectively. He is having experience of more than 30 years in teaching. Currently, he is working as a Professor of Marathi at Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Satara.

Dr. Usha Narayan

Dr. Usha Narayan is a Bachelor in Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) and has done MBA in Healthcare Services. She has Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) in Allopathic Medicine. She is having experience of more than 10 years in health care services. Currently, she is engaged in Medical Practice. She was Ayush Medical Officer in National Health Mission. She is a social worker and connected with social issues/ reforms from past 30 years.
