Sub: Intimation regarding Tenure of Shri S.K. Gorai, Director (Finance) of KIOCL Limited

In pursuance to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Ministry of Steel vide its Order F. No.5/3/2015-BLA dated 8[th] November, 2016 had appointed Shri S.K. Gorai as Director (Finance), KIOCL Limited for a period of five years from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Accordingly, Shri S.K. Gorai had assumed the charge of Director (Finance), KIOCL on 11[th] November, 2016.

In line with the aforesaid order of Ministry of Steel, Shri S. K. Gorai has completed tenure of five years on 10[th] November, 2021 but has not attained the superannuation which falls due on 31[st] January, 2023.

The same had been intimated to Ministry of Steel (MoS) and any further communication from MoS is awaited.
