Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Extension of Addl. Charge of Director (Commercial), KIOCL assigned to Shri T. Saminathan, Chairman-cum-Managing Director

In pursuance to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our earlier letter No. S/BC/1(18-5)/2021/417 dated 14.09.2021, we hereby inform that the Ministry of Steel vide its Order F. No. 5(1)/2021-BLA dated 30.11.2021 has extended the additional charge of the post of Director (Commercial), KIOCL Limited presently assigned to Shri T. Saminathan, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, KIOCL Limited for further period of three months w.e.f. 07.12.2021 to 06.03.2022 or till a regular incumbent joins the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
