Sub: Cessation of Shri N. Vidyananda and Appointment of Shri K.V. Bhaskara Reddy as Director (Production & Projects).

In pursuance to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Shri N. Vidyananda, (DIN - 06729244) has completed his tenure as Director (Production & Projects) and ceased to be member of the Board of Company w.e.f. close of working hours on 29.02.2020 on attaining the age of superannuation.

Further, in pursuance of Ministry of Steel Order F.No.5/2/2018-BLA dated 07.11.2019, Shri K.V. Bhaskara Reddy (DIN-08672764) has assumed the charge of Director (Production & Projects), KIOCL. Shri K.V. Bhaskara Reddy shall hold the post till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.01.2023 or until further orders from Ministry of Steel, whichever is earlier.

Shri K.V. Bhaskara Reddy do not have any inter-se relationship with Directors of the Company.

Brief Profile of Shri K. V. Bhaskara Reddy

Sri KV Bhaskar Reddy is a graduate in Mining Engineering from Kothagudem School of Mines, Osmania University in the year 1985 with First Class Mines Manager Certificate (R) and possessing Executive Management Programme (MPT) from IIM, Bengaluru. Sri Reddy began his career with NLC India Ltd and joined KIOCL Ltd in 1986 as Graduate Engineer at Kudremukh mines and worked at various levels during the last 33 years in KIOCL Limited.
