Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform that Ministry of Steel vide letter No. 1/10/2015-BLA dated 19.11.2018 has re -appointed Shri Madhav Lal as Non-official Independent Directors on the Board of KIOCL Limited for a period of one year from the date of completion of his existing tenure (i.e. 26.11.2018) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
