Notice of 2026 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting
(Summary Translation)
Dear Shareholders,
The 2026 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting (the "Meeting") of Kinpo Electronics, Inc. (the "Company") will be convened at 9:00 a.m., Monday, May 25, 2026 at Kinpo Head Office (No.147, Sec. 3, Beishen Rd., Shenkeng Dist., New Taipei City, Taiwan)

I. The Agenda of the Meeting is as follows:

Special Motions
II. The Board of Directors of the Company has resolved and approved that the profit of 2025 will be distributed as cash dividends to common shareholders in the total amount of NT$ 903,352,927.
Each common shareholder will be entitled to receive cash dividends of NT$0.6 per share.
III. Relevant essential information will be disclosed on the Market Observation Post System (website: http://mops.twse.com.tw) in accordance with Article 172 of the Company Act.
IV. To attend the Meeting in person, please sign or stamp the Attendance Notice and register on-site on the scheduled date. To attend by proxy, please sign or stamp the Proxy Attendance Form, fill in the proxy's name and address, and return the form. The Proxy Attendance Form must be delivered to the Transfer Agency Department of CTBC Bank no later than five days before the Meeting. Only proxies with valid sign-in cards will be admitted.
V. In the case of public solicitation of proxies, a summary will be disclosed and uploaded to Securities and Futures Institute (website: http://free.sfi.org.tw) on April 24, 2026. For further information, please visit the website.
VI. Shareholders may exercise their voting rights electronically via the Internet from April 25 to May 22, 2026. Please log in to the "eVoting" platform on the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) website and follow the instructions to complete the voting process. (Website: http://www.stockvote.com.tw)
VII. New shareholders who wish to submit their shareholder seal cards may download the seal card form from the Corporate Trust Website of CTBC Bank, the Company's shareholder services agent.
VIII. The Transfer Agency Department of CTBC Bank is the proxy tallying and verification institution for this annual general meeting.
IX. The Company will use the eMeeting Platform by the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) for this year's shareholders' meeting. Using the eMeeting Platform is required to be in line with TDCC's operating guidelines, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and instructions, as well as all other relevant documents. Please visit the TDCC website for more information.
Shareholders who intend to participate virtually should complete registrations and sign-ups on the TDCC (Website: https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw/evote/index.html) from April 25 to May 22, 2026.
In the event that the eMeeting Platform fails or shareholders have difficulty attending virtually, before the chairperson announces the commencement of shareholders' meetings or during the meetings, due to natural disasters, incidents, or other force majeure, companies should check the total shares of shareholders that have attended. If the total shares reach the legally required number for resolutions in shareholders' meetings after deducting the shares of shareholders that attend virtually, then the meetings should be continuously convened without postponing.
