Change of Auditor

Kinovo plc (AIM:KINO), the specialist property services group that delivers compliance and sustainability solutions, announces that following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by the Company's Audit and Risk Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") as the Company's auditor, succeeding Moore Kingston Smith LLP ("MKS").

MKS ceases to hold office as the Company's auditor and has confirmed there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

PKF will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 March 2025. The appointment of PKF as auditor for the following financial year will be subject to approval by the shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company.
