Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 29 March 2021 that Mr. Clive Lovett, Finance Director of Bilby, made a number of direct share sales, purchases and transfers of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to migrate part of his current shareholding into his own ISA and SIPP, and to his spouse's ISA. Mr. Lovett sold 185,314 Ordinary Shares directly held and 130,032 were repurchased by his SIPP, and 55,455 were repurchased by his ISA. Mr. Lovett also directly transferred 166,000 Ordinary Shares to his spouse and PCA, who sold 55,628 Ordinary Shares and transferred 55,455 Ordinary Shares into her ISA.

Following the dealing, the holding of Mr. Lovett and his PCAs remains unchanged, at 454,545 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.77 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
