Bilby Plc, a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider, announces that it received notification of the following purchases of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the Transfer, there is no change to Mr. Bullen's beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares in the Company, as outlined above.
