Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 10 March 2020 that Mr. David Bullen, CEO of Bilby, transferred for nil consideration 682,241 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share to his SIPP on 10 March 2020 (the "Transfer"). Save for the sale of 298 Ordinary Shares to cover dealing costs in respect of the Transfer, there is no further change to Mr. Bullen's beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Following the Transfer, Mr. Bullen and his persons closely associated are interested in 1,136,487 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.94 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
