Bilby Plc, a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider, announces that it received notification on 11 December 2018 that David Johnson, Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 December 2018.

The Company was also notified today that Sangita Shah, Non-Executive Chairperson, purchased Ordinary Shares on 12 December 2018.
