Bilby Plc, a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider, announces the following additional disclosures under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Clive Lovett, the Group Finance Director of the Company, has been informed that Service Graphics Limited ("SGL"), a company where he was previously a director, has been in placed in administration. Mr Lovett resigned as a director of SGL on 2nd March 2018. Mr Lovett has had no involvement with SGL since the end of April 2018.
