Notes (other relevant informations according to law)

Prior to the Transactions (as defined below) Verdere, Camshaft and Cristina Stenbeck held shares in Kinnevik AB (publ) ("Kinnevik"). Camshaft is a subsidiary (100%) to Cristina Stenbeck according to Ch. 4 section 4, second paragraph, item 3 and fourth paragraph FITA. Also, Verdere, Camshaft and Cristina Stenbeck had an arrangement (Sw. överenskommelse) regarding the exercise of voting rights in Kinnevik that was subject to and fell within the scope of Ch. 4, section 4, second paragraph, item 1 FITA (the "Arrangement"), and Verdere, Camshaft and Cristina Stenbeck have submitted joint disclosure notifications to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on a previous occasion. On 1 November 2018, (i) Camshaft and CMS Sapere agreed on a transaction in which Camshaft dispose 3,858,684 Kinnevik Ashares which will be acquired by CMS Sapere, (ii) the Shareholders, among others, agreed that Verdere and Camshaft will exchange 2,700,000 Kinnevik B-shares held by Verdere in return for 2,700,000 Kinnevik A-shares held by Camshaft, and (iv) the Arrangement was cancelled by Verdere, Camshaft and Cristina Stenbeck. The above is referred to as the "Transactions". As a result of the Transactions, the indirect and direct holding in Kinnevik has changed as set out in the notifications.
