ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Director’’) of DeTai New Energy Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) is pleased to announce that an investment committee (the ‘‘Investment Committee’’) of the Board has been established for the purpose of, among others, assist the Board to handle affairs in relation to the investment aspects of the Company with effect from 2 August 2021.

The members of the Investment Committee shall consist of not less than two members from amongst Directors and senior management of the Company of which at least one shall be Director. The Board has appointed Mr. Liu Shihao, Mr. Eric Todd and Mr. Yiu To Wa as initiate members of the Investment Committee. Mr. Liu Shihao has been appointed as the chairman of the Investment Committee.
