CHANGE OF HEAD OFFICE AND PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN HONG KONG

The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’) of DeTai New Energy Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) announces that the head office and principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong will be changed to Room 905, 9/F., Wings Building, 110–116 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong with effect from 18 August 2021. The telephone and facsimile numbers of the Company remain unchanged.
